About the role:

TerryWhite Chemmart Lockhart are on the search for their new leader! If you are an experienced Pharmacist or Pharmacy leader looking for a rural escape then Lockhart is the place for you! This picture postcard town is located in the beautiful Riverina regions of southwestern NSW and is truly at the heart of what it means to be a community pharmacist! 

As our new Pharmacy Manager we will provide you with a competitive package + permanent accommodation + flexible roster. In addition to this, as a pharmacist within our network you will receive a seamless onboarding experience, on the job training and development, and support from a strong Pharmacy leadership team.

As our new Manager you will perform the following tasks:

• Lead, develop and motivate all members within the Lockhart team 
• Manage the day to day operations within the pharmacy 
• Facilitate exception healthcare and service to our valued customers
• Prepare prescriptions accurately and within the highest of health care standards
• Actively counsel and provide advice to customers for both their medicine (prescribed and over the counter) and their medical conditions
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal workplace and pharmacy related legislation and guidelines
• Adhere to all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP and relevant policies and procedures

About You:

• Clear and effective communication skills, with an attention to detail
• A high level of attention to detail and precision in record keeping
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Customer focused/patient interactive approach to pharmacy
• Positive can-do attitude

In order to be successful in this role you will  have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA.
