About the Role
We also encourage Casual Pharmacy Assistants to apply to join our friendly and supportive team, providing additional support during the busy festive season and beyond.
Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
- Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
- Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.
- Prepare and maintain DAA and Webster packs with accuracy and care.

About You
You will:
- Previous community pharmacy and DAA experience is advantageous
- Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
- Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
