With a strong community focus, the pharmacy offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of community pharmacy, with a strong emphasis on full-scope vaccinations and expanded pharmacy services, including vaccinations, travel vaccinations, UTI assessment and treatment, medication reviews and oral contraceptive pill resupply.
The pharmacy also has a strong focus on skincare, Webster Packs and medication management, providing a varied and engaging environment where team members can broaden their knowledge and contribute across both professional services and everyday community pharmacy.
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, build meaningful relationships with our local community and contribute to a welcoming pharmacy environment.
This opportunity is available on a part-time or full-time basis, with a minimum of 25 hours per week, working Tuesday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
- Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
- Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
- Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.

About You
You will:
- Previous community pharmacy experience is advantageous
- Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
- Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
- S2S3 Certification preferred but not essential; training provided
