Working closely with our pharmacists and Dose Administration Aid team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the highest standard of medication management and care. Every pack you prepare, every prescription you assist with, and every patient interaction contributes to better health outcomes and peace of mind for those who rely on us.

You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and packing Dose Administration Aids (Blister Packs and Sachets) with a high level of accuracy and care
- Supporting pharmacists with medication management services
- Processing prescriptions and assisting with dispensary operations
- Maintaining accurate patient and medication records
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality assurance standards
- Managing dispensary stock and ordering supplies as required
- Assisting with general dispensary and administrative duties
- Delivering exceptional service to patients, carers, and healthcare providers
About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and understands the importance of accuracy in healthcare.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy dispensary environment
- Experience with Dose Administration Packing (Blister & Sachet) highly regarded
- Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
- Experience using pharmacy dispensing software (preferred)
