About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant with dispensary experience to join our friendly team for up to 28 hours per week. You’ll support both front-of-shop and dispensary operations, delivering exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with our local community.
This role offers a consistent weekly roster of Tuesday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Thursday 11:00am to 4:00pm, and Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm.
Our Pharmacy and Dispensary Assistants play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the pharmacy.
You will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
- Assist with dispensary operations and prescription processing within your level of training and experience.
- Support stock management, ordering and inventory processes.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
- Confidently use pharmacy systems and computers.
- Manage multiple priorities across both the dispensary and front of shop.
- Communicate effectively with customers and appropriately direct enquiries to the Pharmacist when required

About You
You will:

- Have previous community pharmacy experience, ideally across pharmacy assistant and dispensary duties.
- Be confident supporting both front-of-shop and dispensary operations.
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused approach.
- Be eager to learn and continue developing your pharmacy skills.
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and supporting your colleagues.
- Hold S2/S3 certification, or be willing to complete the required training.
