We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant who enjoys building relationships with customers, takes pride in retail excellence, and is committed to creating positive experiences every day. About the Role
Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.
In this role, you will:

Build strong customer relationships and foster loyalty through exceptional customer service

Take ownership of front-of-shop presentation, merchandising execution, and category standards

Creating engaging in-store displays and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales

Managing inventory processes, including ordering, receipting, invoice reconciliation, stock rotation, and expiry management

Monitoring category performance and identifying opportunities to maximise sales and business growth
-
Supporting Webster packing services to ensure accurate and timely patient care
-
Assisting pharmacists with dispensing activities and delivering outstanding customer service during peak trading periods

About You

Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Assistant in a community pharmacy environment

Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Demonstrates outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Possesses strong knowledge of pharmacy products, services, and front-of-shop operations
-
Has advanced merchandising capabilities with a keen eye for presentation and detail
-
Can work autonomously, take initiative, and contribute positively as part of a team

Is highly organised, dependable, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards

Brings a positive, energetic attitude and actively contributes to a supportive team culture

Is motivated to drive business growth, embrace new opportunities, and achieve outstanding results

Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term customer relationships
