The Position: 

TerryWhite Chemmart Lockhart are on the search for their new Pharmacist who wants to support their community! Pharmacists looking for a rural escape will find Lockhart ideal; being located in the beautiful Riverina regions of southwestern NSW. Working here is truly the heart of what it means to be a community pharmacist.

We are proud of our store and the work we do, and we are seeking a Pharmacist who embodies our values. TerryWhite Chemmart Lockhart is a well-loved, locally focused, community pharmacy, filling approximately 120 scripts per day with multiple Health service streams on offer.

The Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Drive Clinical Excellence: As our Pharmacist, you will ensure precise dispensing of medications, maintain high standards of practice, and we encourage you to pursue specialised clinics in areas of interest such as Men's Health, Diabetes Management or Endometriosis.
• Enhance Customer Engagement: Implement forward dispensing practices, allowing pharmacists to remain engaged with customers during the dispensing process. Offer expert advice on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and health concerns through our Care Clinics, ensuring personalised service and fostering stronger patient relationships.
• Embrace Continuous Learning: Access industry-leading MasterClass sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Champion Safety: Adhere to all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients.
• Leverage Innovative Tools: Embrace and effectively utilise new technologies, such as Minfos for pharmacy management, the myTWC app for online bookings and script management, and uphold clear expectations for their integration to streamline operations and improve patient experience.

About You: 

• You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.

To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
