Vitamin Consultant
As a Vitamins Consultant, you will provide expert advice and personalised recommendations on vitamins, supplements, and health products to support customers’ wellbeing. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a holistic approach to health, while contributing to the overall success and performance of the pharmacy. These recommendations also extend to our health services and reputable products throughout the front of the store. You also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Engage with customers to understand their health needs and recommend suitable vitamins, supplements, and wellness products.
- Stay up to date with vitamins, supplements, and current health trends to confidently assist customers
- Ensure recommendations are safe, appropriate, and tailored to individual needs
Stock Controller
As Stock Controller, you play an integral role in the management of inventory and supply chain operations of the business. Your role is also responsible for maintaining the pharmacy to the retail standards of TerryWhite Chemmart, executing promotional displays and completing relevant administration tasks to prevent products from being out of stock, and managing stock on hand. Ensuring processes are maintained for expired stock, stocktaking, new products, and database management. You will be required to generate and interpret reports reflecting the performance of sales and database integrity.
You will be required to carry out sales activities in the pharmacy, by providing exceptional customer service and making recommendations for over-the-counter products, as well as advice for their use (in line with your level of experience and training) and processing sales at the till.
Dispensary Technician
As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate dispensing of medications to patients and the administrative tasks associated with the dispensary. You will work closely with pharmacists to prepare and distribute prescriptions, maintain inventory and provide exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, organisational skills and dedication to patient care will see you ensure that TerryWhite Chemmart’s standards and procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Prepare prescriptions efficiently and accurately, under the supervision of a pharmacist while maintaining reasonable wait times as discussed with your Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager.
- Coordinate stock movement from storage areas.
- Appropriate Dispensary processes, procedures, and Legislative and professional standards are always maintained.

- Minfos experience is advantageous
