The Role:
The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy both dispensary and front of shop, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients and clients. This role involves managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving financial and operational targets. The Pharmacy Manager will lead the team in providing exceptional customer service, optimising inventory management, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the pharmacy's performance and growth working closely with our Group Manager. Within your role you will minimise risk by ensuring all professional and legislative requirements are met, and any discrepancies are reported promptly. This position requires a commitment to continuous professional development and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
About You:
- You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
- Have current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
- Community Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous.
- Know how to politely say no to the never-ending stream of treats offered to our team by our community.
- Want to add value to your community by directly impacting your customers and your team.
- Have leadership experience and the right attitude.
