The Position:
TerryWhite Chemmart Brookside is a well-loved, locally focused community pharmacy offering a wide range of health services. As one of the most core range compliant pharmacies in the network, we consistently meet customer needs, making us a trusted destination for health and wellness.

The Role:
In this leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and Inspire – Lead and support our fantastic pharmacy team through ongoing training, mentorship, and encouragement.
- Ensure Retail Excellence – Maintain compliance across all retail measures and keep the team up to date with current product offerings.
- Engage with Customers – Provide expert advice and personalised recommendations across general pharmacy, beauty, and fragrance categories.
- Celebrate Success – Embrace our competitive spirit as our stores participate in fun group-wide challenges and rewards from TerryWhite Chemmart and our suppliers.
- Stay Catalogue-Ready – Ensure the store is prepared and visually aligned with promotional catalogues every three weeks.
