We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team and lead our pharmacy operations partnering with our Retail Leader.

The role:
The Pharmacist Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients and clients. This role involves managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving financial and operational targets. The Pharmacist Manager will lead the team in providing exceptional customer service, optimising inventory management, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the pharmacy's performance and growth working closely with a Retail Manager. Within your role you will minimise risk by ensuring all professional and legislative requirements are met, and any discrepancies are reported promptly. This position requires a commitment to continuous professional development and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
About you:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
- Current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pharmacy Industry experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Full rights to live and work in Australia
