About the role:
As the new Retail Manager at TerryWhite Chemmart Maroochydore this will be your chance to lead our daily operations within the retail arm of our pharmacy. Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
This is a hands on, autonomous role perfect for an experienced retailer who is passionate about connecting with customers, leads by example and is always looking to inspire and grow their team.
With support and on the job training like no other, you will also have the opportunity to attend regular training and development workshops whilst connecting with fellow Retail leaders! You will even have the close support and mentorship of an experienced Group Retail Lead - right at your doorstep!
About you:
- You will have previous experience within a Community Pharmacy setting
- You infuse the team with energy, optimism and your passions for retail excellence
- Proactive and motivated individual with a strong work ethic and team spirit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, keen to learn and eager to continue your journey in Community Pharmacy.
