We believe that our people make the difference and as we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced People Partner to join our team and support our Network Partners within our Pharmacy Support Services. 

As our People Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacy employees and leaders to create a positive and productive work environment where every individual can thrive. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that our people practices align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the TWC Pharmacy Services HR Manager you will:

  • Partner with pharmacy owners and leaders to understand their needs and provide HR guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees and leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or qualifications in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or lower-level HR experience with the right skills and attitude to take the next step in your career.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislative requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
