About the role:
We have just implemented our new Centralised Ordering system across the store, and as our new Stock and Retail Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in raising up the store in line with new stock levels, planograms plus communicating with our Centralised Ordering Team and being our retail champion on the floor. Here is what you can look forward to:
Visual Merchandising: Your role is crucial in creating visually captivating displays that enhance the shopping experience for our customers and drive sales.
Promote Campaigns: Lead by example to promote app signups, the reward club, and our free weight loss program support. This will boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen loyalty.
Versatile Role: You will already have your Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy, as this role will require you to assist behind the back counter during busy periods. Your ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Comprehensive Training: We will provide you with extensive training in our cutting-edge software, ensuring you are fully equipped to excel in your role. Our product learning portal is second to none, offering a wealth of resources to deepen your knowledge and expertise.

About you:
- Previous Pharmacy employment, with a track record of delivering outstanding results and delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Passionate about Pharmacy retail sales and love assisting customers with product recommendations.
- Are detail focused and have strong computing skills. Minfos experience would be an advantage.
- Strong creative eye and ability to think outside the box.
- Are an optimistic person who wants to share that positivity with their team and customers.
