- Permanent Part-Time position: 2.5 days – Monday and Friday 9.00am-5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am-1.00pm.
- Opportunity for an experienced Retail CPAP Therapy Consultant or Pharmacy Assistant looking to build on their skillset in a dedicated and supportive CPAP Team.

About the role:
Supporting our Sleep Apnoea patients, a Retail CPAP Therapy Consultant at TerryWhite Chemmart has an expanded role:
- Handle Sales: Sell CPAP machines, masks, accessories, and over-the-counter products.
- Manage Equipment: Assist with selecting, fitting, and maintaining CPAP equipment, including providing usage instructions.
- Educate Patients: Teach patients about sleep apnoea and their therapy, including machine usage and care.
- Monitor Compliance: Track therapy adherence using CPAP data and follow up with patients.
- Provide Support: Address patient concerns, troubleshoot equipment issues, and offer sleep tips.
- Manage Stock: Oversee inventory of sleep apnoea products to ensure availability.
- Handle Admin: Schedule appointments, process insurance claims, and update patient records.

About you:
- Are an enthusiastic and dynamic candidate with a positive and engaging personality who loves to share their optimism with their team and customers.
- Ideally you have previous CPAP Retail Therapy experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills though this is not a deal breaker.
- Reliable, keen to learn and eager to continue your journey in Community Pharmacy.
- Have safe and dependable transportation to and from our store.
