As a Pharmacy Manager at TerryWhite Chemmart, you are joining one of Australia’s leading retail pharmacy networks delivering frontline healthcare. With 600 community pharmacies across Australia, we are committed to ensuring every Australian has easier access to pharmacists and expert health advice every day. The Position: 

TWC Atherton has long been a trusted community health destination, supported by a loyal customer base. With a close-knit and stable team spanning both Dispensary and Front of Shop, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in customer care. You will lead from the front, encouraging accountability of all staff members, and continued commitment to our values and goals. We engage strongly with our community, with every script an opportunity to connect, plus we have an active online presence, supporting the region. We also support the local Aged Care facility not just in service and sales, but also in education. 

This role is an ideal next step in your management career, offering responsibility for the overall performance and management of a smaller style pharmacy. This includes managing staff, reporting, stock, and events, all while working closely with the Retail Manager, Support Team, and the involved Owner. Your active community engagement and proven success in implementing initiatives will help enhance the growth and sustainability of TWC Atherton. If your goal is to move towards Partnership, our amazing Network Partner is open to a Pharmacy Manager who wishes to develop down the Junior Managing Partner path. 

Your success will be supported by a structured onboarding program, personalised training and development, and a clear career pathway within the TerryWhite Chemmart network. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced pharmacist or Pharmacist-in-Charge looking for their next step, and a tree change to paradise.
