About the role:

With responsibility for your own section and the support you need to ensure success, you will engage with customers using a collaborative and empathetic approach that leaves them empowered. Whether it's their first moisturiser, luxurious masks for tired skin, a big event fake tan, the perfect fragrance, or colour matching a favourite discontinued product; you know that the work you do has a real positive impact! This is the ideal role for the experienced retail Beauty Advisor who has been creatively constrained in their customer loyalty and engagement ideas.

You will:

• Engage with your clientele to understand their needs to ensure the best possible purchase outcome.
• Track and manage sales, loyalty, and special events, reporting to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Actively upsell and cross sell across our portfolio of brands and products.
• Undertake specified brand training and TerryWhite Chemmart support training
• Execute instore promotions, events and displays as per brand requirements and standards.
• Share your passion for our products and fragrances on offer.
• Wear strategic brands and products in conjunction with special offers or promotions.
