As our Pharmacy Manager at TerryWhite Chemmart Bundaberg you will lead our team of experienced healthcare professionals to support the growth of our pharmacy. You will oversee all aspects of the pharmacy operations whilst providing leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. This role will also see you motivating the team to achieve their best, celebrate wins and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Under your leadership, TWC Bundaberg will be more actively involved in the region, collaborating with healthcare professionals and stakeholders in our local area, becoming our community’s favourite health care solution.
The Position:
TWC Bundaberg is located in Bundaberg Central with loyal locals and visitors passing through who see the TerryWhite Chemmart green and know they will be looked after. We have a core team of 6, so you won’t be starting from scratch. Your proven experience, drive for success and career ambition, will make this the perfect role.
