A unique opportunity to join TerryWhite Chemmart on the Gold Coast, supporting 7 pharmacies (including NSW), in a brand-new position. A great opportunity to share your knowledge and experience in Pharmacy or Retail management across multiple locations.  

The Role: 

Working on behalf of our network partners, you will deliver their vision for their pharmacies through regular training and development, fostering team collaboration, driving brand activity and leveraging our technology and services. Staying customer-focused and data-driven, you will support the pharmacies by identifying and implementing improved processes to meet performance metrics. 

You won’t be doing it alone. You will join a team of 10 other leaders across the country, likewise supporting a handful of stores on behalf of their network partners. This highly talented and engaged group of professionals meet regularly, in person and online, supporting each other and leveraging each other’s specific knowledge and experience. Additionally, you will have a dedicated Pharmacy Support Services team, including Centralised Ordering, QCCP compliance, HR, Accounts, Talent Acquisition, and a passionate General Manager to support you in your role. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring retail compliance are key. Your thorough understanding of financial metrics and ability to develop and deliver effective business strategies will result in success for all.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, whilst passionately motivating your teams to achieve their best, celebrate wins and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. This will involve spending significant time at stores, supporting them in reaching their goals.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with store leadership to help them reach targets and address people issues (a dedicated HR team is available for complex issues).
• Actively participate in the recruitment process, liaise with Talent Acquisition, and help improve the store's recruitment skills and retention measures.
• Be responsive to the needs of your leaders and teams, supporting our ideals of consistency, communication, and engagement.
• Please note that this role will require regular interstate travel, and a valid driver's licence.

Those with experience in Pharmacy Operations are strongly encouraged to apply, however cross industry insights are also highly valued.
