TerryWhite Chemmart North Cairns is a successful, locally focused, community pharmacy, filling approximately 200 scripts per day with multiple Health service streams on offer. But, we are more than just a place to fill scripts! We have a thriving retail trade across beauty, fragrances, general healthcare, supplements and more. Big name brands, niche products, gift packs, you name it, our customers know they can get the right advice and what they need here at North Cairns.

The Role:

As the Retail Manager at TerryWhite Chemmart, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of our retail business, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing financials and personnel, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of our standards and procedures, and collaborating with the Pharmacy Manager for effective store management. Your duties will include stock management responsibilities such as gap scanning, cataloguing, centralised inventory communications, ticketing, pricing, and execution. We value candidates with a strong background in retail and leadership, as well as exceptional customer service skills.

About You:

To be considered for this position, you must have experience leading a team in a target driven, retail environment, particularly in merchandising, catalogue compliance and exceptional customer service. While having previously worked in a pharmacy is an advantage, it is not a requirement for success in this role.
