Do you have a passion for stock control and ensuring customers always have access to their favorite products? This hybrid role, part of a brand-new and pivotal team at TerryWhite Chemmart, is perfect for someone eager to take their skills to the next level. Be the central figure managing orders for dozens of pharmacies as we shape the future of our stock operations together.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock levels across multiple pharmacies, optimizing availability to meet customer demand while minimising overstocks and stockouts.
- Place daily Symbion orders and manage direct orders based on the set ordering schedule.
- Review Gap Scan orders, troubleshoot, and resolve database integrity issues to ensure smooth stock flow.
Skills and Experience:
- Confidence and experience managing large-scale stock operations.
- Proficiency in PC skills and computer-based applications.
- High-level communication skills, with the ability to collaborate clearly and effectively.
- Strong administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- A focus on procedure, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
