Join us as the Pharmacy Services Data Entry Administrator in a newly created role designed to transform our invoicing processes while driving efficiency and accuracy across our pharmacy network. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore data entry solutions while ensuring seamless integration with our Central Ordering team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure flawless daily invoice data entry for 50+ stores into the Minfos POS system working to tight timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Central Ordering team to optimise stock management and secure accurate costs of goods sold (COGS).
  • Uphold database integrity through meticulous data entry practices and to proactively investigate anomolies.
  • Liaise with Stock Support team members in each pharmacy and PBA Services (Accounts Team) to ensure timely and accurate entry of purchase orders.
  • Accurately enter Symbion invoices into Minfos daily to maintain data consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Efficiently process inventory transfers to support seamless stock operations.
  • Work closely with Stock Support/PBA services to ensure all invoices are entered before end-of- month deadlines.

Skills and Experience:

  • Recent pharmacy experience, especially with Minfos POS, is highly desirable and will set you up for success in this role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Strong administrative skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to required processes.
  • Strong PC and software skills, with a focus on data integrity and process adherence.
