The Position: 

TerryWhite Chemmart Eltham Town Centre is a well-loved, locally focused, community pharmacy, filling approximately 275 scripts per day with multiple Health service streams on offer. You will join our permanent Pharmacists, Dispensary Technicians plus the general Pharmacy team. What sets apart?

The Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Shape the Future of Pharmacy: Be a leader in our innovative, award-winning environment, shaping the future of community healthcare.
• Clinical Excellence & Mentorship: Dispense medications meticulously, adhering to the highest standards, while fostering the development of your team. We encourage our pharmacists to pursue their passions within pharmacy! Whether it's launching a specialised clinic focused on Men's Health, Endometriosis, or another area of interest, we support your drive to make a difference. 
• Trusted Patient Care: Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and overall health concerns through our Care Clinics.
• Continuous Learning: Continuously develop your skills at our industry-leading MasterClass conferences for Pharmacists.
• Safety Champion: Uphold all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a secure environment for everyone.

About You: 

• You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, especially in clinical care.

• You know how to navigate a supportive environment with a focus on healthy habits, but still appreciate the occasional treat! 

To be considered for this role you must have a current a General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA and experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team.
