The Position: 

Working under an experienced Manager, and a handpicked mentor, you will deliver outstanding healthcare to our amazing customer base. This position also offers you the window to grow your own leadership skills by joining our Accelerator Program. With TWC Glass House Mountains, you will enjoy a structured onboarding experience, on-the-job training and development, plus a clear career pathway within our network of TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies should you have those ambitions. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Enjoy the smooth flow of work with our growing customer app engagement.
• Provide real clinical care and advice through our Direct Dispensing model.
• Share the load of vaccinations and other clinical services provided on site.
• Expand our clinical services if you have a passion for a particular area (eg Menopause, Sports, Men's Health etc)
• Join our industry recognised Pharmacist Training Program “MasterClass.”
• Prepare prescriptions accurately and in compliance with the highest health care standards. 
• Enjoy the latest stock management technology and learn how to lead a small conscientious team.
• Uphold all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment. 

TerryWhite Chemmart embraces the Extended Scope currently underway in parts of Australia and can assist you with your training and studies in these areas.

About You: 

• You are passionate about community pharmacy, and looking to expand your service offerings.
• Enjoy working with and developing your team, knowing we all play a part in supplying unparalleled care to our patients.
• Able to work full time hours with ideally some weekend availability though this is not a deal breaker.
• Excited about the changes coming to community pharmacy and want to be part of a group that recognises this opportunity.
• To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA.
