The Position:

TWC Bundaberg is located in central Bundaberg, and has a core team of 4, working across Dispensary and Front of Shop. This role could be a perfect steppingstone in your management career, or the store you make your mark as Bundaberg has untapped potential and complex enough to challenge you to develop, but not so large a team as to be cumbersome. Bundaberg is just the right size to deliver on and develop your management experience while continuing to grow your leadership skills. 

Working under an experienced Group Pharmacy Manager and a handpicked mentor, you will deliver outstanding healthcare services to an established and well-regarded community pharmacy. You will also enjoy a structured onboarding experience, on-the-job training and development, plus a clear career pathway within our network of TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies.
