The Position:

TWC Eltham Town Centre has a core team of 11, working across Dispensary and Front of Shop. This role is a perfect steppingstone in your management career as Town Centre is just the right size to bed down your management experience while growing your leadership skills. 

Working under an experienced Group Pharmacy Manager and a handpicked mentor, you will deliver outstanding healthcare services to an established and well-regarded community pharmacy. You will also enjoy a structured onboarding experience, on-the-job training and development, plus a clear career pathway within our network of TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:  

• Focus on the clinical care side of community pharmacy through our CareClinics.
• Learn the owner side of the business (financial and senior decision making).
• Share your passion for a particular health area eg. Diabeties, Men's Health, Health and Fitness etc.
• Join our industry recognised Pharmacist Training Program “MasterClass.” 
• Prepare prescriptions accurately and in compliance with the highest health care standards.  
• Actively counsel and advise customers on prescribed and over-the-counter medications and their medical conditions.  
• Enjoy the latest stock management technology and structure your workflow with our highly rated myTWC customer app. 
• Uphold all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.  

TerryWhite Chemmart embraces the Extended Scope pilots currently underway in parts of Australia and are keen to grow this offering and implement nationwide.

About You:  

• You are passionate about community pharmacy, and are looking to expand your service offerings, particularly in clinical care. 
• Enjoy working with and developing your team, knowing we all play a part in supplying unparalleled care to our customers and patients. 
• Excited about the changes coming to community pharmacy and want to be part of a group that recognises this opportunity. 
• Looking to get a jumpstart on your future and set yourself up for success.  
• To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA.
