Work life balance as a pharmacist isn't an unobtainable dream. We can be very flexible with rosters, however those seeking to work until at least 6pm will be highly regarded. Please note, this we share the weekend shifts, so every third weekend you will be expected to work.

The Position: 

Here at TerryWhite Chemmart Narangba (we prefer to call ourselves the TWC N'BA Allstars, by the way), we are a large team who absolutely love what we do! We share one another's successes, encourage each other to develop, work together and have some fun along the way! We are also "houseproud" and love to see us winning competitions against our sister stores. TerryWhite Chemmart Narangba is a well loved, locally focused, community pharmacy, filling approximately 500 scripts per day with multiple Health service streams on offer. You will join our permanent Pharmacists, Dispensary Technicians plus the general Pharmacy team.

The Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Be part of the new direction of Community Pharmacy, as we are already recognized as the leaders in Health delivery services, and we embrace change as a true opportunity.
• Prepare prescriptions accurately and in compliance with the highest health care standards and continue to develop your staff.
• Actively counsel and advise customers on both prescribed and over-the-counter medications, as well as their medical conditions as part of our Care Clinics.
• Access to our industry leading education conference for Pharmacists – MasterClass.
• Uphold all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment. 

About You: 

• You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.  
• Know how to politely say no to the never-ending steam of donuts and chocolates offered to our team by our community. 
• Want to add value to your community by directly impacting your customers and your colleagues. 
• Desire work life balance and a flexible work environment (yes this is possible!). 
• Seeking an easy commute, free onsite parking and friendly faces. 

To be considered for this role you must have a current a General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA and experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team.
