Kawana 2 - Pharmacist Manager or Pharmacist in Charge

• Perfect fast-track role for a keen recently registered pharmacist or a pharmacist keen to take on management role
• $45/hour - $52/hour + super (dependent on experience) and quarterly paid incentive program
• Position can be either full or part time, we can make it work either way.

This fantastic opportunity at TerryWhite Chemmart Kawana 2 is ideal for a newly registered Pharmacist seeking real communication with patients, giving you the opportunity to practice your clinical skills in a patient centric manner.  You will work alongside a high performing and close-knit small team, so will afford you the chance to develop your leadership skills and grow your fiduciary responsibilities should you step into a Pharmacist Manager role. The Position:   

Working under an experienced Group Pharmacy Manager, a handpicked mentor, you will deliver outstanding healthcare services to this established and well-regarded community pharmacy.  You will also enjoy a structured onboarding experience, on-the-job training and development, plus a clear career pathway within our network of TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies to match your ambitions.  Our sister store is also located in the same complex, and just a 3 minute walk away, so you are never unsupported, and staff work across both locations when needed. If you are looking for that first step into management, we have our Accelerator Program to assist you in developing your skills as you learn how to lift your store to their next level of success.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:  

• Focus on the clinical care side of community pharmacy with manageable daily scripts counts. 
• Join our industry recognised Pharmacist Training Program “MasterClass.” 
• Prepare prescriptions accurately and in compliance with the highest health care standards.  
• Actively counsel and advise customers on prescribed and over-the-counter medications and their medical conditions.  
• Enjoy the latest stock management technology and learn how to lead a small conscientious team. 
• Uphold all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.  

TerryWhite Chemmart embraces the Extended Scope pilot currently underway in parts of Australia and are keen to implement nationwide.

• You are passionate about community pharmacy, and are looking to expand your service offerings, particularly in clinical care. 
• Enjoy working with and developing your dispensing team, knowing we all play a part in supplying unparalleled care to our patients.

• To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA or about to receive it.
