You'll receive hands-on training and support, with the opportunity to undertake a traineeship and complete a Certificate III in Community Pharmacy as part of your development.
About the Role
As a Dispensary Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role supporting our Dispensary team, and helping deliver a smooth, efficient experience for our patients and customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Stocking and maintaining the dispensary robot
- Preparing the dispensary for the daily operations (restocking stationery, organising areas and restocking displays)
- Maintaining accurate patient prescription filing system
- Assisting with general tasks to support dispensary workflow throughout the day
- Ensuring dispensary areas are kept to a high presentation standard including cleaning and waste disposal.
- Providing day-to-day support to the dispensary team
- Assisting at the registers and with customer service as required, using your friendly and approachable manner
This is a full-time position, rostered from Tuesday - Saturday, based in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are reliable, motivated and keen to learn
- Experience in retail, pharmacy or similar is highly regarded, but not essential
- Have fantastic attention to detail and organisation skills
- Have a professional manner and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Most importantly, enjoy helping customers and working as part of a team
