As a Pharmacist Manager at TerryWhite Chemmart Maddingley, you will play an important role in facilitating exceptional healthcare and service to our valued customers by ensuring that they are provided with the right medication and the best possible advice at every visit. Your knowledge and efficient dispensing skills using Minfos software will enable you to prepare prescriptions accurately and within the highest of health care standards.  With customer service and patient interactive dispensing an important part of our service you will actively step in front of the counter to counsel patients and develop strong customer connections.

Operationally, this involves ensuring compliance with all state and federal workplace and pharmacy related legislation and guidelines, remaining up to date with all TerryWhite Chemmart legislative and professional requirements and managing and exceeding all QCPP requirements.  Like any great leader, you will be required to lead and inspire your team on a daily basis, ensuring they are supported, trained, and providing outstanding customer service to our customers. To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and hold a current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA. In addition to this, our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a clear and effective communication style. Your genuine passion and motivation for community pharmacy will shine in every customer interaction!
