Our amazing and supportive team at TerryWhite Chemmart Findon are excited to welcome a new Pharmacy Assistant to join their dynamic team on a casual basis, including potential for closing weekdays and weekend shifts. Our Pharmacy Assistants
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you are often the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional and engaging pharmacy experience. You will proactively engage with customers, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported and confident in their health journey from the moment they enter the pharmacy.
In this role, you will:
- Confidently engage with customers to recommend over-the-counter products and health solutions (in line with your training).
- Promote pharmacy services, health programs and loyalty offerings to support customer wellbeing.
- Collaborate with all pharmacy staff, ensuring a seamless customer experience and the delivery of exceptional service to all customers.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising, cleanliness and store presentation.
- Contribute to achieving store KPIs through strong customer engagement and service.
- Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including stock awareness and housekeeping.
- Confidently use pharmacy systems and technology.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
You will be an ambassador of our Dedicated to Care philosophy, ensuring every customer feels supported, valued and confident in their health journey.
About You
You will:
- Have obtained or be willing to complete S2/S3 qualification
- A Certificate in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded
- Have demonstrated previous pharmacy or retail experience, and a genuine interest in healthcare.
- You strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of customers.
- Be proactive, positive and motivated to engage with customers
- Bring demonstrated experience working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Be motivated to achieve KPIs through delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised and compliant pharmacy environment.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

A current driver’s licence is required for potential deliveries using the store vehicle.
