The pharmacy offers a broad range of professional services which include vaccinations, urinary tract infection (UTI) consultation, leave certificates, Dose Administration Aid (DAA), staged supply, and Home Medicines Review (HMR).

About the Role
Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
- Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
- Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
- Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.

About You
You will:

Previous customer service or pharmacy experience is advantageous.
- S2S3 Qualification is preferable.
- Flexible availability (weekdays, evenings, and weekends).
- Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
- Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
