About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Casual Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team and support our front-of-shop operations. Casual hours will vary depending on business needs, so we are looking for someone with broad availability across most days of the week.
Shifts will finish no later than 7:00pm, making this a great opportunity to enjoy flexibility while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong connections with our local community.
Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
- Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
- Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
- Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.

About You

Previous pharmacy experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
