TerryWhite Chemmart Banyo is a well-established community pharmacy committed to delivering exceptional healthcare and personalised service to the local community. Conveniently located in the heart of Banyo, our pharmacy offers a broad range of professional services and healthcare solutions, supported by an experienced, friendly, and customer-focused team.
Our pharmacy operates with Minfos Dispense and Minfos POS, providing an efficient and streamlined workflow that supports both our team and customers. We also offer Webster packing services, a growing Care Clinic, and utilise a dispensing robot, allowing our team to work efficiently while delivering high-quality patient care.
As a small, family-oriented team, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and welcoming workplace where teamwork, respect, and collaboration are valued. With a dedicated Retail Manager in place, team members benefit from strong leadership and clear operational support across both dispensary and retail services.

The Role
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
- Full-time: Rotating roster with Tuesday to Sunday in Week 1 and Monday to Friday in Week 2.
- Part-time: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and every second Saturday and Sunday.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
- Assist customers with over-the-counter medicines where appropriate.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
- Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
- Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
- Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.

About You
You will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' previous community pharmacy experience
- Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
- Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
