The Role:
As the Assistant Retail Manager, you will work closely with the Retail Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the front of shop and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will assist with leading and motivating the retail team, maintaining merchandising and inventory standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This hands-on role is ideal for a motivated retail leader who enjoys coaching others, driving sales performance, and creating a positive customer experience. You will play an important role in fostering a collaborative and productive team culture while contributing to the overall success and profitability of the pharmacy.
