About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our pharmacy team and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and care. You will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while helping create a welcoming and professional environment for both customers and team members.
What We Require
- Experienced Pharmacy Assistant with S2/S3 certification
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to being a positive member of the team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships
- A willingness to learn and further develop your pharmacy knowledge and skills
- Dispensary experience highly regarded, or a willingness to upskill and learn
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Working alongside the team to deliver outstanding customer care and service, supporting the delivery of pharmacy products and professional services
- Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) transactions
- Executing catalogues, promotions and planograms
- Organising and maintaining the presentation and visual appeal of the pharmacy
- Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
