Operating extended trading hours, we provide a broad range of services, including prescription dispensing, vaccinations, medication management, health consultations, and retail health and wellness solutions.
Located in central Rockhampton, our pharmacy offers a high-volume, patient-focused environment where team members work alongside experienced healthcare professionals to support the health and wellbeing of the local community.
About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team, working 38 hours per week.
As a key member of our pharmacy, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
- Assist customers with over-the-counter products and enquiries.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock awareness.
- Support daily pharmacy operations and housekeeping tasks.
- Confidently use pharmacy systems and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively and direct customer enquiries as needed.
About You
You will:
- Previous community pharmacy experience is advantageous
- Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
- Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
- S2S3 Certification preferred but not essential
