The Role:
As a Retail Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy. Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Inspire – Lead and support our team through ongoing training, mentorship, and motivation.
- Drive Retail Excellence – Ensure compliance across all retail standards while keeping the team informed on current products and initiatives.
- Engage with Customers – Deliver exceptional service, providing expert advice across general pharmacy, beauty, and fragrance categories.
- Celebrate Success – Foster a positive and competitive team culture through group-wide incentives, challenges, and supplier rewards.
- Stay Catalogue-Ready – Maintain strong visual merchandising and ensure the store is always aligned with promotional activity
