Penrith Compounding - Pharmacist

We are so fortunate to have two TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies nearby to one another. The TerryWhite Chemmart Penrith Compounding is located on High Street, open 7 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 9am-3pm and Sunday 9:30am-2pm. Our other TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy is also located on the High Street. With this position, you'll have the opportunity to work across both! Our teams are passionate about the services that we provide including Vaccinations, Medication Reviews, Compounding, OTP, Weight Management, Aged Care and our close involvement within our friendly community. We have a fantastic opportunity for a professional, friendly and team‑oriented Pharmacist to join our pharmacy. You will be supported through great development opportunities, including training and mentoring from our collaborative Dedicated to Care team. As a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include dispensing medicines, providing expert health information, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients and actively supporting and participating in Care Clinic Services. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement and the overall efficiency of our pharmacy operations. You will also ensure that TerryWhite Chemmart standards and procedures, as well as legislative and professional requirements, are implemented and maintained. 

This is a permanent, full-time position, but we are open to considering a part-time arrangement.

About You:

• You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
• Have current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• You must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail and a clear and effective communication style. 
• Community Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Ideally vaccination trained
• Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous.
• Want to add value to your community by directly impacting your customers and your team.
• Your genuine passion and motivation for community pharmacy will shine in every customer interaction!
