Job No: NPTWC2904268
Location: Marion

Join our team and make a difference - Help us deliver care and support as a Dispensary Pharmacist!

Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Available

At TerryWhite Chemmart Marion Compounding, we’ve built one of South Australia’s most dynamic and high‑performing community pharmacies—and we’re looking for a pharmacist who wants to be part of something well above average.

We are an award‑winning, owner‑operated pharmacy, recognised for delivering exceptional patient care and operating far beyond the traditional community pharmacy model.

Our highly skilled team supports close to 1,000 disability and community patients, delivering a broad and complex range of services, including:

  • Advanced medication packing using in‑house sachet packing systems
  • Complex and bespoke compounding services
  • Specialised mental health and disability care
  • Vaccinations and expanded scope services

We are proud to have been nominated as TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacy of the Year (SA) in five of the past six years and awarded the title in 2022.

Within the TerryWhite Chemmart network, we are known for our scale, clinical complexity, and strong team culture, making this an outstanding opportunity for a pharmacist seeking challenge, impact, and career growth.

A little about the Pharmacist Position

As a Dispensary Pharmacist at TerryWhite Chemmart, you will play an important role in facilitating exceptional healthcare and service to our valued customers by ensuring that they are provided with the right medication and the best possible advice at every visit. Your knowledge and efficient dispensing skills will enable you to prepare prescriptions accurately and within the highest of health care standards. With customer service and patient interactive dispensing an important part of our service, you will actively step in front of the counter to counsel patients and develop strong customer connections.

Interested in compounding? Experience is not essential. We provide in house training to all pharmacists who are interested in learning the art of complex compounding. This is a unique opportunity not available in the majority of community pharmacies.

To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and hold a current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA. In addition to this, our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a clear and effective communication style. Your genuine passion and motivation for community pharmacy will shine in every customer interaction!

You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.

As a pharmacist in our team, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and professional services
  • Work collaboratively within a large, experienced team
  • Contribute to our compounding and medication packing services (training provided)
  • Support vaccination and expanded scope services
  • Engage meaningfully with patients and build lasting relationships

Why join our TerryWhite team?

  • Work alongside 7 experienced pharmacists and a large, skilled support team
  • Be part of a structured, well-supported, high-volume operation
  • Gain exposure to advanced pharmacy services (compounding + packing)
  • Join a team where people genuinely enjoy coming to work
  • Strong leadership with a focus on development, not just rostering
