Our 'Dedicated to Care' team are looking for a Experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join the team!
TerryWhite Chemmart Mandurah have an opportunity for a customer-focused experienced Pharmacy Assistant, who really enjoys customer engagement.
We are a small Pharmacy and we proudly deliver many healthcare services to the Mandurah community.
At a glance:
- Tuesday to Saturday, paying market rates + penalties + leave loading (NO – late nights, Sundays or Public Holidays). This position has flexibility with hours and can be up to 38 hours per week. We trade 8.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30-2.30pm on Saturdays.

About the role:
- Provide sound support to the Pharmacists on duty
- Provide exceptional care to all patients with their medication and general requirements.
- Assist in the Management of DAA’s
- Assist the Pharmacist Manager with all routine procedures.
- Dispensary Stock Management.
- Perform clerical functions associated with prescription dispensing.
- Provide continuous support and assistance to schedule’s team and all other pharmacy areas in order to provide exceptional customer care.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience fulltime in a Community Pharmacy preferred
- S2/S3 certification essential
- Dispensary/DAA Technician qualified preferred, but not essential
Working in our customer focused environment, you will thrive on ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is always maintained. Experience with the Minfos Point of Sale system is preferred, as will the ability to work effectively under pressure.
