Key Requirements:
- 8–10 years’ recent experience in Australian community pharmacy
- Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy (essential)
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Ability to drive sales, upselling and cross‑selling through service excellence
- Experience analysing KPIs to grow basket size and profitability
- Experience working with suppliers and TerryWhite Chemmart promotions
- Proficient in pharmacy POS systems (Fred POS/Office highly regarded)
