Pharmacy Assistant – Cosmetic & Fragrance
TerryWhite Chemmart Belmont Forum is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Assistant – Cosmetic & Fragrance Buyer to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for cosmetics, fragrance, and customer service who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of their area.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cosmetic and fragrance categories while delivering exceptional customer service across both retail and prescription areas of the pharmacy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Managing and maintaining cosmetic and fragrance ranges, including prestige brands
- Delivering excellent customer service in both retail and dispensary support areas
- Providing product advice and recommendations to customers
- Working independently while contributing positively to the wider pharmacy team
- Demonstrating strong communication skills and a proactive, self‑motivated approach
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Pharmacy Assistant (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
