Hi, I’m Frank, the owner of TerryWhite Chemmart Robina. I’m looking for a motivated Pharmacist‑in‑Charge who wants more than just running a dispensary — someone who wants to grow as a leader and help shape how a successful community pharmacy operates.

- An experienced PIC wanting more autonomy and direct owner support, or

What this role looks like
You’ll work closely with me while leading the pharmacy day‑to‑day, including:
- Leading daily operations and ensuring smooth dispensary workflow
- Developing and supporting a strong, positive and accountable team culture
- Collaborating directly with me on workflow improvements, standards and business growth
- Taking ownership of store performance — not just “holding the title”
- Supporting and driving professional services and patient‑care initiatives
- Playing an active role in raising standards, improving systems and lifting performance
