TerryWhite Chemmart Gilles Plains is seeking a Pharmacy Delivery Driver to join our dedicated and community‑focused team. This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent service.
About the Role
As a Pharmacy Delivery Driver, you will be an important connection between our pharmacy and some of the community’s most vulnerable members. Your role ensures patients receive their medication safely, securely, and on time — helping to support their health, independence, and wellbeing.
Your reliability, problem solving, punctuality, and warm communication style will be central to your success, as you’ll be working closely with both pharmacy staff and customers who may be elderly, unwell, or managing complex medication needs.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid driver’s licence
- A reliable personal vehicle (kilometres reimbursed)
- Strong reliability and punctuality — our patients depend on you
- Excellent communication skills, especially when engaging with elderly or fragile community members
- A caring, patient‑focused approach
- The right to live and work in Australia
- Analytical problem-solving skills focused on finding positive, workable outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Safe transport and delivery of prescription medications
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate interaction with customers
- Clear communication with pharmacy staff regarding delivery needs
- Supporting continuity of care for vulnerable patients
