Requirements:
- Must have experience working in a pharmacy.
- S2/S3 certification is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Great work ethic.
- Enthusiastic, professional, and highly organised.
- Ability to use Minfos software.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with merchandising and in-store promotions.
- Handle invoicing, update planograms, and maintain stock.
- Support vaccination service coordination.
- Respond to scheduled counter medicine enquiries.
- Assist with Webster packing as needed.
- Dispense medications as required.
- Manage office tasks including:
- Composing and responding to emails.
- Filing.
- Managing customer accounts.
Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first port of call when customers enter our pharmacy. In this role, you will be responsible for sales, top-level customer service, and advising on over-the-counter medicines where appropriate. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of service in all aspects of our pharmacy, and our Pharmacy Assistants act as shining examples of this philosophy. Our ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, an eye for merchandising, the ability to work within a team, and a passion for providing quality and personable service to your customers.
