What We’re Looking For:
As a Vitamins Consultant / Naturopath at TerryWhite Chemmart, you are responsible for delivering exceptional naturopathic care, supplementation advice, and vitamin sales. You will provide outstanding customer service across all areas of the pharmacy and contribute to retail operations, merchandising, and health service promotion. Your role supports the pharmacy’s commitment to excellence and ensures the store meets TerryWhite Chemmart’ s retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, knowledgeable service across all pharmacy areas
- Maintain up-to-date vitamins, supplement, and nutrition knowledge
- Operate POS and meet daily sales targets
- Refer complex queries to the Pharmacist or senior staff when needed
- Handle complaints professionally
- Maintain presentation standards - clean, well-stocked vitamin and wellness displays
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, and expiry dates

- Great communication skills and a love for teamwork and merchandising
- Strong product knowledge in vitamins supplements and nutrition
- Ability to educate and inspire customers toward better wellbeing
