 About the Role

TerryWhite Chemmart Brightwater is seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead our close-knit pharmacy team. This is your chance to take the reins in a fast-paced, community focused environment where your leadership will directly impact the health and wellbeing of locals.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing staff schedules, performance, and training
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Confident in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints
• Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs and how to drive sales
• Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
• Familiarity with POS systems, retail software, and reporting tools
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and the community
