We’re seeking a dynamic and driven leader with a strong background in pharmacy retail to manage daily operations and inspire team excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Collaborate with the Stock Controller to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Train, mentor, and motivate the pharmacy team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Support seamless prescription services in partnership with pharmacists
