About the Role
We’re looking for someone with:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A proactive, sales-driven attitude
- Basic computer skills and merchandising knowledge (training provided)
You’ll be helping customers with product recommendations, processing sales, supporting health services, and maintaining store presentation to TerryWhite Chemmart standards.
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Merchandise and set up catalogues
- Maintain store presentation and stock rotation
- Assist customers with enquiries and prescriptions
- Support health promotions and immunisation clinics
- Operate in-store health services
- Report to and support the Retail Manager/Stock Controller
- Adhere to QCPP standards and health & safety regulations
